Welcome to yet another page of Melanie and her son Beau.

I went to a performance of Melanie and her son here in the Netherlands in Valkenswaard.

I had to travel by public transport for five hours knowing that I wouldn't be able to go back home after

the concert I booked a room in a hotel close by.

Hotel de Valk in Valkenswaard it was a fine hotel and not too expensive.

Before the show Beau was tuning the guitars and the musical arrangements for the show.

I already was in the venue hall after 45 minutes Beau saw me and I asked him if he would tell the technichians

I could enter the room 15 minutes before the room opend for the audience because I had to set things right to record the show.

Because I am allowed to record the entire show for Beau and Melanie.

Just before the show began people from the music hall came up to me and told me I wasn't allowed to record the show Beau didn't want me to

hey said. I thought hmm that is strange normaly Beau tells me if he doesn't want me to in person.

but I started to record anyway but during the show people from the venue came up to me and told me to stop recording otherwise they would inpound my video camera.

I was not amused. After the show BEau called for me and I told him the story and he told me that nobody but me was allowed to record but the show was over so I was a bit bumped

But I got to talk a long time with Beau and this made up for missing the recording but in one word the show... GREAT.

It was yet again one for the history books I like the stories Melanie tells about the song she is going to sing it is great.

She went on stage for a long time it was 23:37 when she stopped you can understand she didn't do a meet and greet she was too tired to sing cd's and dvd's

I also didn't have any money to buy the dvd and the new cd of Melanie but maybe in future I will be able to buy them.

But that is ok we love her and wish her the best she is a great artist thatt raised three children who'm are also great artist for themselves.

I wish I could show you some pictures but I did't take any pictures I am sorry.

Even back then the girls had beautiful voices now that they've grown up they are even better

Leilah and Jeordie are Melanie her own daughters and they also have a career in the music scene I love them both they are great.

Here again one of lay down candles in the rain with some nice woodstock pictures.

I am a real fan of those days and the musical feeling I admire Melanie for the beatifull person she is and her three great children.
