The music of Melanie means a whole lot to me and if possible I try to go to a concert of hers.

Also when I had my accident and was in a coma my parents played her music for me it meant a lot.

I first met Melanie when I was 11 years old in 1987 during the tv rocording of a dutch music show called los vast with Ferry de Groot being the soundman Toon Lichtkogel

and the host of the show was Jan Rietman.

Because she didn't have any press photo's with her we got two personal photo's and her famous autograph.

From that day on she stole my heart and I was in love with her music and still am.

About 5 months after my accident I went to a concert of her here in the Netherlands in Rijsen.

Because I couldn't stand (I was just out of my wheelchair) me and my dad got a place high in the room where she performend next to

David Boldinger a good friend of Melanie he was recording the performance to make dvd's of her performance.

I saw David at a lot of other concerts just recording because there are a lot of dvd's of melanie her performance dating back to woodstock

I also have some recordings that I would like to share wit you.

I can't help myself this song is my all time favorite the original version of the 1970's with the Edwin Hawking singers. But this one is also great Melnie with her oldest daughter Leilah also a mother isn't she lovely. And her son Beau Jarred a GREAT guitar player and artist just like his mother and two siters before him.
